According to your needs and your budget, the application organizes and manages the administration of any type of portfolio with the registration of collection activities, sending reminders, notices, maturities and account statements.
According to the particular guidelines of your systems, we adjust the tasks so that the results are generated simultaneously with the participation of those responsible and in charge.

  • PAYMENT POLICY

    For the commercialization of this service, the following stages are required:

    1. DIAGNOSIS

    2. DESIGN

    3. EXECUTION

    In the first stage, 50% of the value of the product must be received without prejudice to the return, since a complete diagnostic report on the status of the system and its solutions is delivered.

    The balance of the value is canceled at the end of the design stage before execution.

  • What does the BASIC PLAN include?

    IT INCLUDES:
    • Right and ownership of the application, customization, installation, training and monitoring by 3
    months. 6-month warranty for configuration and/or content defects.
    • Basic management modules through standardized menus:
    1 Clients, 2 Users, 3 Management and activity, 4 Results, 5 Reports, 6 Reports,
    • Personalization with logo and watermark on printed reports.
    • Notes and information of interest are included in printed reports as required.





  • AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT

    CONTRACT:
    All changes, configurations and additional adaptations to the application at the request of the client have an additional value depending on the degree of difficulty.
    RATES NEGOTIABLE ACCORDING TO OFFER, SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
